June 14th is Flag Day

In 1976 Chicago Cubs player Rick Monday saved the flag from being burned by two protestors on the field at Dodger stadium. The Baseball Hall of Fame considers this heroic action one of baseball's classic moments. In honor of Flag Day click on the title link and take a look at this tribute.
