Summer Getaway to Washington D.C.- The Capitol

As the summer seasons comes to a close, last week some of our members took a road trip to Washington D.C. for a few days of sightseeing. A guided tour of the Capitol, visits to the Vietnam, Korean and WWII Memorials, a stroll along the reflecting pool at the Mall and a stop at the White House, a visit to Arlington Cemetary and Mount Vernon, were among the sites that were taken in.
